| As a Registered Nurse, and both a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and an Assisted Living Facility Administrator, I had very high standards when it was time to find a facility for my mother. I wanted a place that not only provided superior care, but also attended to the psychosocial needs of the residents. In my opinion Ivy Ridge excels in all areas. Care for a dementia resident can sometimes be difficult but the Ivy Ridge staff provides excellent care while considering the feelings and dignity of the resident. Utilizing individual care plans, the residents get all the care that they need without feeling put out. Ivy Ridge does an excellent job of monitoring medications and effect and uses the OPUS system of quality medications management. Ivy Ridge pays high attention to the psychosocial health of the residents through specialized activity programs that includes lots of exercise, music, animals (pet therapy), and children involved in intergenerational programs. And last but not least, they make sure that Mom takes care of her beloved dog as well as they take care of Mom. |

Great Relocation |
| We were apprehensive when we decided to relocate Mother from the facility she had lived at for many years in Phoenix. But the Ivy Ridge staff, especially the administrator, made the process easy. And Mother has never been happier. Ivy Ridge located an excellent new doctor for her, dealt with medication and insurance issues and even met us at the airport. The homey environment made her relax and she quickly settled into a schedule, something she was unable to do before. Mother feels like the staff is family. The staff does a great job keeping mother active, healthy and happy. |

Happy Dad |
| Our Dad was a hard working, independent man all of his life. It was a real challenge to find a facility for him when the family decided that he needed additional care. The adjustment was difficult for him, but the Ivy Ridge staff was caring, compassionate and persistent. We are grateful for the care that Dad receives from Ivy Ridge. We find that the staff is very caring and knowledgeable. They are always willing to do the extra things like arranging for physical therapy, keeping him active and providing special refreshments. Dad jokes around and teases the staff which indicates to us that he is very comfortable with everything at Ivy Ridge. We believe that it is important for Dad to be comfortable and happy, where, and with whom, he lives. |
